With the new High-Speed CopyStation, data images of several flash memory cards can be copied in parallel and at high speed.

This system consisting of a pre-configured PC containing up to four 5.25" drives with one removable CardBox per drive is unique worldwide. Every CardBox can hold up to 20 memory cards.

New CardBoxes for miniSD and RS (Reduced Size)-MultiMediaCard are being designed. CardBoxes for copying purposes of CompactFlash Card will follow in the next weeks. A CardBox for SD Card and MultiMediaCard are already available along with the SD Card CopyStation.


  Copying respectively duplicating of flash card images was introduced by altec at the CeBIT 2000 with the MultiMediaCard CopyStation.

At CeBIT 2002 altec presented the new SD Card CopyStation which is providing High-Speed duplication of SD Cards and MultiMediaCards by a new hardware design using VHDL technology consisting of 21 FPGA.

CopyStations are used for programming flash memory cards used in smart phones. Navigation software and maps are also be copied to flash cards with altec CopyStations. We also provide a duplication service for programming small amounts of memory cards.
