2006
From November 14th to 17th, we will be exhibiting at electronica

2. High-Speed CopyStation now comes with
Dell PC
From now on we are relying on the proven quality of the
Dell-Business-PC-Line OptiPlex for our
High-Speed CopyStation.
The High-Speed CopyStation of the new generation consists
of a Dell PC as well an internal copy module with 5.25" chassis
made of stainless steel. Exchangeable CardBoxes can be fitted
into the copy module.
Dell’s On-Site-Support covers three years and offers fast support
in your language and country.
altec will remain your first support contact for all questions
regarding the copying module, the CardBoxes and the software.

3. altec’s CopyStations are marching
forward
In the last quarter, we could realize an increase in sales
figures for our CopyStations in Q2 in the Asian market. Especially our
High-Speed CopyStation
enjoyed great popularity.
This way, altec’s CopyStations are represented in all major markets
worldwide: Customers in the whole of Europe, Asia and North-America rely
on the quality and variety of altec’s product portfolio.
We are very delighted about this development and will do
everything, to keep on fulfilling your requirements.

4. EOL: Memtech Wolverine product family
Our supplier Memtech has announced the End Of Life of its
Wolverine Solid State Flash Drive products AT2550
and
AT3550.
There is still a limited quantity of products, which
is available or can be manufactured. Please remember, all orders are first
come, first served.
Please

as soon as possible, if you would
like to place an order.
The
Zeus
product line,
especially the
Zeus
2.5" PATA
is recommended
as a replacement. This Solid State Flash Drive is available
with capacities of up to 32 GB.

5. SanDisk CF Cards with
Athens III Controller
SanDisk has now also announced the implementation
of the new Athens III Controller in
CompactFlash Cards
512 MB, 1, 2 and 4 GB. These products are transitioning from 90 to 70 nm as well.
All these changes help to improve the memory cards’ performance.
Qualification samples of all memory cards mentioned
above are available from now on.
