A major technology transition will
affect all industrial product lines including PC Card, CF Card and 2.5" FlashDrive.
The Rhodes 1 and Rhodes 2 controllers are transitioning to the Athens
controller. SanDisk is also releasing a die shrink from
.16µm 512 Mbit
to .13µm 1024 Mbit memory.
Samples should be available
as of September 2003. The PDF file from SanDisk

here – 373 KB) will give you more information e.g. about new
capacities.
